The rbole
We are looking for a high-energy Director of Research Solutions to drive our commercial expansion in the US. This is a role for a "hustler with wisdom" someone who understands the deep technical needs of a research department but has the "grind" to sell a transformative workflow solution.
You will be engaging with high-level stakeholders (Heads of Research and Customer Insights, CSOs, COOs, and GMs) at global agencies and research-heavy brands. You aren't selling a commodity; you are selling a superior way to work.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution-Led Prospecting: Identify and develop opportunities within massive end-brands, media companies, and global consultancies that are burdened by legacy research workflows.
- Full-Cycle Execution: Own the journey from the first "door-open" to the final close.
- Workflow Architecture: Articulate how BioBrain’s automation and data narration synergies solve the "human-capital" bottleneck in traditional research.
- Revenue Ownership: Consistently meet and exceed targets by leveraging our competitive edge: superior automation at a disruptively efficient price point.
Who You Are
- The "Proven Hunter": 5–10 years of B2B sales experience, specifically within Research Tech (ResTech), Data Infrastructure, or automation-heavy SaaS.
- Sophisticated Communicator: You are a peer to the GMs and C-suite leaders at global data decision heavy firms and major global brands. You speak "research" but sell "technology."
- Mid-Career Wisdom, Early-Career Fire: You have the maturity to navigate complex organizations but the hunger to prospect relentlessly.
- Technically Sharp: You can explain the "how" behind data narration and automated workflows without getting bogged down in agency-speak.
